Alpine Laser is a rapidly growing startup specializing in design and manufacturing of advanced laser processing workstations for medical device manufacturing.
We are looking for an experienced Machine Builder to join our high performing core team.
The ideal addition to our team will have experience building and wiring control panels from wiring diagrams/schematics. Attention to detail, very neat wire routing and labeling is a must. In general, the
Machine Builder will integrate pre‐built control panels into the workstation and complete the connection from system hardware to the panel. Job duties may carry over into some Panel Building tasks at times.
Build mechanical and electromechanical assemblies, build and install tooling and fixturing, route and terminate pneumatic lines and electrical wires and cables, meticulous labeling
Read schematics/plans, manufacturing documents, bill of materials, maintain records
The ideal candidate will have minimum 5+ years of hands‐on experience
Demonstrated proficiency using hand tools and power tools
Possess an understanding of electrical control systems, AC and DC power
Test and troubleshoot mechanical and electromechanical systems
Will be required to stand, sit, crouch, crawl, kneel, etc. Will be required to lift up to 50lbs.
Competitive pay/salaries: $20‐35/hr based on experience
