The Mediweld PRO welding workstation combines High Precision motion, and Configurable standard options on a highly modular base platform.

Multi-Axis Configurations

Available standard with 4-Axis precision motion. 200mm XY Stage Stack, 250mm Z axis, coupled with an A-Axis Rotary featuring high precision 3 Jaw chuck or Pnuematic ER Collet. Upgradable 5th Axis for programable weld head tilt up to 45 degrees.

Full CDRH & Safety Compliance

Full CDRH compliant Workstation, features top enclosure with safety interlocks and a pnuemtic front door.

Fixturing & Tooling

17in x 10in Tooling plate with enough space for your existing tooling, or Alpine will work with you to design and devlop a custom set of tooling tailored to your specific application.

Fiber Laser Features

FULL program control of Laser Power, Pulse Width, Frequency, Ramp Up, Ramp Down, Timed/Shot Modes, etc.. Change parameters on-the-fly using M-code based programming via Custom Alpine Laser Interface.
100-300W Laser Sources, Frequency up to 50kHz, Pulse Widths down to 15 microseconds. Pulse shapping and Simmer modes enable ultra-fine laser processing

Configurable Spot Size

We offer several combinations of laser fiber sizes, focus lens and collimators. We can customize our workstations for your specific application(s). Typical spot sizes 0.002" - 0.040", other sizes available upon request.

Top Control panel for quick actuation of rotary collet, process gas, gripper module, water jacket and auxillary IO.
